The LeadHER Lab is a transformative after-school program designed to help girls step into their confidence, embrace their unique voices, and develop the skills to lead—both in school and in life.
Over the course of 8 inspiring sessions, participants will explore:

Leadership Skills – Learn how to make decisions, speak with confidence, and take initiative.

Mindfulness & Resilience – Build inner strength, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.

Bias & Boundaries – Recognize biases, embrace diversity, and set healthy boundaries.
